What is TalentBait doing in a nutshell? We build one-in-a-kind recruiting software to help HR managers to run all their job postings automatically on social media platforms like TikTok or Spotify. We generate images, apply machine learning and invest in some kick-ass user interface design. Now we want to work on new products in this space, and we need you 👉

What you’re doing

• Analyse various big data sets
• Optimize machine learning models with Spacy and Tensorflow
• Develop NLP (Natural Language Processing) algorithms with your teammates
• Integrate your ML models in our live production app used by hundreds of clients
• Create small REST endpoints with Flask and Python

Who we’re looking for

• You study computer science or math
• You gained first experience in NLP or Machine Learning
• Technologies like BERT, Spacy, TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, PySpark, Deep Neural Networks excite you
• You have solid programming skills in Python
• You want to work in a startup environment and be part of our journey

What we offer you

• Remote 50%. 2 to 3 days per week, you will work closely with your team colleagues at the office. Once per month/quarter, we will fly in (or you to us 🚁) for sprint planning.
• Salary: 43,000 € - 70,000 € dependent on experience, Senior is negotiable
• 1.000€ per year in social benefits (Restaurant, Kindergarten, Health Insurance)
